ABOUT US
Alissa J. Anderson is an independent art appraiser and curator.
She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California,
Santa Barbara and her Master of Arts in Modern Art, Connoisseurship,
and the History of the Art Market from Christie’s Education,
New York.
Anderson recently served as curator of an exhibition entitled,
Members Collect III at the Wildling
Art Museum which included the work of Frank
Kleinholz, Millard Sheets, Milford
Zornes, James Swinnerton, Edgar Payne, Fernand Lungren, Channing
Peake, among others.
Anderson authored the book, Nell
Brooker Mayhew: Paintings on Paper as well as a
number of exhibition catalogs, art reviews, and criticism in the
field of American art. She recently wrote a monograph on the art
of Francis
De Erdely.
We are members of the Association
of Online Appraisers (AOA).
